A very warm welcome to our new and returning Council members. Your role in the coming year as we look to deliver our new five-year strategy under our new governance structure is going to be key. I am looking forward to working with you all and making sure you have what you need to deliver as part of your important part of the CIPR. I would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to everyone who put themselves forward, even if you were not ultimately successful, and everyone that took the time to vote. I know how much time and effort goes into volunteering and your commitment is greatly appreciated. It is fantastic to see such a broad representation of the CIPR community on Council and I am sure this will stand us in good stead as we continue to deliver for members.
